40300 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document contains all terms and conditions governing the use of the 40300 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services. Continued use of this platform constitutes your agreement to all terms stated herein.
Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By registering, accessing, or using any part of the 40300 platform — including the website, mobile app, and all related services — you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use the 40300 platform.
To register and use this platform, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- Be an individual acting in a personal capacity, not as a representative or agent of any third party without written authorisation.
- Not be subject to any legal or regulatory prohibition that restricts participation in betting or online gaming activities in your jurisdiction of residence.
- Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and agree to keep that information up to date should any changes occur.
40300 reserves the right to reject any registration application or close the account of any user found not to meet the eligibility requirements above, without obligation to provide reasons.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the 40300 platform. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.
Account Security Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details.
- All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, including activity carried out by any party who gains access with or without your knowledge.
- If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact the 40300 support team immediately through the official in-platform support channel.
- Never share your login details with anyone, including individuals claiming to be platform staff.
General User Responsibilities
- Users are not permitted to use the platform for any illegal activities, including fraud, money laundering, or system manipulation.
- The use of automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Users agree not to interfere with, attack, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any restricted part of the platform.
Payment, Deposit & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 40300 platform — including deposits, withdrawals, and betting — are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform does not accept direct payments in foreign currencies; any currency conversion is solely the user's responsibility.
Deposit
Users may make deposits using the payment methods available on the platform, including online bank transfers via FPX and supported local e-wallets. Successful deposits will be credited to the account wallet within the timeframe indicated at the time of the transaction. 40300 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal
- Withdrawal requests are subject to minimum and maximum limits that may vary depending on the user's account tier.
- The recipient bank account name must match the name registered in your platform account profile. Requests with mismatched details will be rejected.
- 40300 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.

Unauthorised Transactions
Any attempt to carry out fraudulent transactions, unauthorised transfers, or abuse of the payment system will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to the relevant authorities where necessary.
Account Policy, Suspension & Closure
40300 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any user's account in the following situations, without prior notice:
- There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, system manipulation, or illegal activity.
- A user violates any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- The registration information provided is found to be false, inaccurate, or misleading.
- The account is found to have been inactive beyond the defined period with no transactions.
- At the user's own request to voluntarily close their account.
If an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the outcome of an internal investigation. Users whose accounts are closed for security or fraud reasons are not permitted to register a new account without written approval from 40300 management.
For accounts voluntarily closed by the user, any valid balance will be returned after identity verification and transaction audit processes are completed.
Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
The 40300 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to keep the service available and functioning properly, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical disruptions, errors, or downtime. 40300 shall not be liable for any financial loss, loss of profits, or indirect damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including internet connectivity issues or user device failures.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 40300 platform — including brand names, logos, interface designs, text, graphics, icons, and software — is the exclusive property of 40300 or parties that have licensed it to us. Users are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
This platform may contain links or integrations with third-party services such as payment processors. 40300 has no control over the policies, content, or privacy practices of such third parties and is not responsible for any issues arising from the use of their services. Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
